UX Decisions... really tho?

Guys... In all my time with LoL, since season 2 i believe it was, I've never been able to stop shaking my head at the UX design decisions that are made.

My most recent, the one pushing me to post this, was the fact that you don't display the download size at the client update parse and acknowledgement.
