Irelia Q actually has a bug every so often

So Idk how to put a "gameplay" tag, but Irelia's Q every so often will execute a minion, refresh the cd, but give no gold... I've also had it execute, give gold, and go on CD but that's a bit less common. I've lost upwards of 20-30 CS in a 180-230CS game from the Execute not awarding anything.
