Bug in the 'New' Champ Select

I wasn't sure if this was working as intended or not, but whenever I get a new skin and use it in the new champ select (play with it in a ranked game) the setting is not saved like in a normal game; the next time I play the skin is not automatically selected. Not a major bug, but just felt like it should be reported. Thanks
