[Gameplay] Polymorph through Morgana's Black Shield

Lulu is able to polymorph a target even while black shield is active on said target. (A morgana black shielding herself or anyone else) Found the bug in ascension, tested in an ascension custom game and in a normal custom game. Was able to reproduce it in both games several times with 100% rate. Blackshield didn't disappear, and was back once the polymorph duration was over. Was using bittersweet lulu.
