Can't Gte Past Champ Select

I've been having a problem recently over the last three weeks where when I try to play a game of league, my game crashes after champ select finishes. I have tried repairing as well as uninstalling and reinstalling and running as admin but to no avail. It goes like this:

1. Run league launcher
2. Login
3. Get into a game
4. Select champ in champ select with no problems
5. Game cuts to the start symbol before it actually goes into the loading of the game.
6. part of screen goes black as it would before moving into the loading screen but only in a small square about a quarter as big as the screen in the left upper corner.
7. Bugsplat shows up

Anyone else had this problem? would really appreciate the help.
