Empty Champ Select and Ban Screen

So I started a Ranked Solo/Duo queue, and it came up as a black screen when I am supposed to Declare a Champ, and when you have to ban. I couldn't click anything and now I got a Queue Dodge ban.

What I did was

1. Start League
2. Click on Solo/Duo Ranked
3. Picked Top & Mid
4. Pressed Accept
5. Encountered the Bug

I am now scared to start another game because I don't want another but longer ban. If anyone can help me, Please do. I'm very confused.
