leaver buster bug

god damn it riot. my leaver buster was sets me too wait 20 and then it restarts. my internet screwed with me so i my game frooze for 10 min and cracked Down. i couldnt get into the game after that. i got a 20 min punishment as deserved, BUTTTTTTTTTTTT it keeps reseting after 20 min its been like this for 6 hours. im a veteran player since beginig S2 and i think its too much, i enjoy the game and plz fix the bug for gods sake
