Client bug with mastery tokens

so i played quit a few games with fiora and reached level 5 mastery on her in the game i hit lvl 5 i also got a s- which i think should have given me a lvl 6 token since i reached level 5 and earned a s if it is supposed to be this way you can ignore this post else i hope you can fix it with this information it occured with fiora running on the latest patch and a windows 10 os

It is supposed to be this way. The notification that popped up was simply explaining that you are now eligible to earn tokens, not that you have actually earned one, though the two notifications do look similar.
