Error coe 004

Pls anyone help me with this bs. Story : I played a match of league, nothing unusual, then i do nothing else but go next game, and after champ select, it says i should reconnect, which lead to another client saying reconnect. Again and again. After they remade and i was on the normal client, the client would start patching and at 45% it would start 'repairing' which lead to erorr code 004. And it would go in a loop of reparing and error forever...

Here is what i've done so far

• Firewall is not the problem 100%
• I have used the Hextech Repair Tool to check files and repair the game.
• I have uninnstalled and reinstalled the whole game
• I have followed a rioter steps, about messing with some internet related stuff
• Yes ofc i have tried updating the graphics card
• Yes ofc i have restarted my pc (multiple times)

Only thing i havent done yet is reinstall my windows aka reseting my whole pc. Unless you guys can help me I WOULD APPRECIATE THE F OUT OF U. but fr help me this is so annoying, have used sooo much time on this with 0 progress
