Tokens Bug

Does anyone know if it's a bug or not? I'm having a problem with skins you get from the event token. I tried unlocking the Battle Boss Qiyana and Project Warwick skins, but both times I just got the icons for them.

are you sure you're not buying the chroma and icon? you cant buy the skins with tokens
