Game bugs and glitches Help

My game for some reason there was a bug where i couldnt interact with the game once after champion select it game me the default computer cursor instead of our league of legends glove cursor and i couldnt esc in game or do anything. i used the hextech several times then uninstalled and reinstalled soon as the game reinstalled i got in a game and it disconnected me before it started saying that the client wasnt working then i received 20min queue delay which is crazy i thought the highest it went was 5minutes. aswell i do not know if i can even join a game right now and i cannot change the sounds( too loud) anymore it doesnt work*[sg-lux-2]*
