Guys...........i won S+ with rekshai some days ago......in tht game i became lvl 5 rekshai and i got a hex tech chest, but i won no lvl 6 token..........why the heck is tht ??
And another, i won s with galio and lux but no chest
..........and most of all i didnt get s in this new season with galio and lux......then why not i won chest..........wht the hell is wrong with this bugssss
You can't earn a Mastery 6 token in the same game you reach Mastery 5; you have to already be level 5.
As for your Galio and Lux Chests, you may have not had any of your 4 monthly slots available at the time.

You can only get so many chests per month, pretty much a cooldown of 1 per week, so if you have already gotten those chests no amount of S+ will get you another untill it recharges. You should be able to see when your next chest will be available on your profile page.
