Manaflow band is bugged

Basically I just played Sion with the new manaflow band, and I realized the max mana I got was capped at 50, because of that I can't get the secondary usage of manaflow band after it hits 250 mana, pls fix

Not a bug. After you hit 250 bonus mana, you restore 1% of your missing or max mana every 5 seconds. Y u no read?

Same bug with Sion, capped at 100 mana.
