Client Full Screen In-Game Glitch (MAC)

In the middle of a game yesterday my spells stopped working. Thought it was a connection issue but everything else was working.. I Force quit the game to reset it (as I've done before with internet issues and whatever) but when the game reconnected, It didnt go all the way full screen. __The top white bar that shows up above my desktop was still there and read "LoL Client" The white bar had shoved my screen down through the bottom so I could not see my Mana Bar or Gold or the bottom of the map ETC... Because the screen was off-set.. I could not move my screen down. Like, In game, with my screen unlocked, I cant move my screen down unless i click on the map. Makes it really hard to navigate and play. _ _ ******I have restarted my computer.. Restarted League.. didnt fix it.. I forced a Re-Patch... Didnt fix it.

I've gone through in-game settings.. cant find anything to fix it. ****** help.
