Loading Game Bug ?

I recently had a Ranked Game where I loaded into the game where the TAB stats screen only showed the supports from both teams on it. I could not see anything other than their stats and items. This is a HUGE bug because it also prevented health/mana bars from appearing above players as well, and from me looking at my opponents items.

I was able to fix the issue by closing my client and restarting. However just because it's a simple fix doesn't mean that I should have to give up lane priority and a wave to restart the client especially in a ranked game. This bug has never happened to me before and I was the only one experiencing it. I would have taken screenshots but was too concentrated on the game to take some.
