Hextech Redeeming Champion Shard Bug

I got this bug when redeeming my Kled shard in Hextech. It popped up an error but i clicked too fast and didn't read it. Anyways, after that error thing popped up, I see Kled as a shard with the orange border meaning permanent but apparently not redeemed. Also when i click on it, I am given an option to disenchant it and unlock as permanent champion which is weird because it already is permanent but also that "Unlock as permanent" is grayed out meaning i can't click on it. I tried re-logging and it didn't work. Anyone with the same bug and knows how to fix it?

Update: i filtered out my champion tab in collection to "Owned Champion" and saw that I have Kled permanent. I guess i can disenchant the bugged Kled shard for more essence. Cool but it's still a bug. Please fix Riot if you see this post.
