No LP or IP gained for 2 ranked wins

The previous two ranked wins I have had did not give me LP and did not count toward my Bronze 1 promotion series. Shown in this link https://gyazo.com/f7d6e7763d89f62a7b133d4122600ea4 my first Alistar victory got me into the series, but the subsequent ranked wins show no IP gain and no impact on the status of my series (link to photo of the series https://gyazo.com/b67617c0284f4a3389d16475ddd7cb02 I'm not going to play ranked until I hear back from Riot about a solution to the problem and/or receive credit for my wins.
