Champion Select Crash [CRASH]

Every now and then, the client crashes when I accept a match and go the game tries to move on to champion select. When I re-log in, I am back at the main menu, while my friends are still stuck in the champion select that I am no longer a part of. After they finally get kicked out, we are all stuck waiting the 5 minute dodge timer before we can queue up again. I'd like this bug to be addressed so that I don't run the risk of getting pennalized for dodging. Thank you.
