Dark Seal Bug

Dark Seal the new item in the game, when i wanted to try it out on karma, I started getting kills the item, and it shows next to the AP on the item how much AP you have from kills however, i noticed a little later in the game that it only show +0 regardless of how many stacks you have it shows you have +0, cant quite tell if its not giving me AP at all or it is just a visual bug.

Later confirmed its is just a visual, you still do get the extra AP
