13 minute frame rate demolition.

So at specifically 13 mins in every ranked game, my FPS fluctuates HEAVILY. Often enough to make it stutter like crazy, thus making the game unplayable. My drivers are up to date, I've repaired and even reinstalled the entire client fresh from the website and nothing.

This has only started happening since 6.1.

Anyone else having this issue?
