Sion and Rift Herald E Bug?

When you use Roar of the Slayer (E) on the Rift Herald, the Rift Herald is knocked back. I think this is a bug because Rift Herald cannot be cc-ed like the dragon.

If this is a bug, may I get some RP for telling ya ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

sounds like old poppy + baron when poppys e was able to move baron around lol.
