[GAMEPLAY] Doing Fast Combos With Smartcast Changes Your Cursor To ''The Ping Cursor''

There is currently a bug with smartcast and the cursor. I saw a post about it with no steps to recreate so here you go. When I get this cursor after a combo i can no longer click on the minimap and it's just annoying too.

Steps to recreate.

1. Use smartcast with range indicators.
2. Take Syndra
3. Use Q, Pick the ball up with W
   Now once you picked it up the Second Active activates which is used to throw the ball.
4. Hold W until the tether between you and the ball dissapears (Second active times out)
5. Cursor changed

Happens everytime i do this. Happened to me while playing Diana too. It didnt let me cast Q (same cursor) after a combo of spells.
