Competitive bug (Error Error)

I made a Team in comp and got a tinket it was only me in the team and i clocked lock in and wanted to play so i was trying to get out of it and i coudnt so i tried everything but it kept saying "ERROR ERROR cant acces the phase" and thats how i enden up here (its like banning yourself in 24 hours
