S but no Chest

okay so ive had this issue before about not getting a chest when i receive an S on a champion that ive check is eligible for a chest! I played shen, never play him and he didnt have the check mark beside his face that shows you've received a chest from this champ, but i still didnt get a chest and this isnt the first time this has happened.. i will go through all my champions and see which i have gotten a chest on and i'll get an S+/S and i wont receive a chest. Getting pretty frustrated now

Do you have a chest available on your profile page ?

You are allotted one chest per week and that stacks up to 3 or 4. You do not automatically get a chest unless you have one stored up. It will show if you are eligible for one on your profile.
