Stuck in black screen for loading screen

Everything is normal except when I try and load into a game normal, ranked, urf or custom it doesn't matter it gives me a black screen and does not allow me to tab out of force quit the program and does not even give me a bug splat. I have tried relogging, patching my client and even uninstalling lol and reinstalling it. Nothing works. Please help
