No Key Fragment After Getting "You Have Earned A Key Fragment" Msg [CLIENT]

Bug: Despite receiving the message, "You have earned a key fragment. These are used to forge keys which open chests," after winning a game on ARAM, a key fragment fails to appear in ones Hextech inventory.

I just concluded a game of ARAM on July 12, 2016 at approximately 12:30 AM EST. My team won and I received the message copied above in orange in the post-game chat screen informing me that I received a key fragment. However, upon going to my Hextech inventory my key fragment count is still at zero. I have tried logging off and back on to make sure it was not an issue with the Hextech inventory simply not refreshing itself after the win.

In case it matters to duplicate the bug, I was playing Soraka (A+ ranking for the game going 14/7/57) with Veigar, Graves, Poppy, and Kayle on my team. The enemy team consisted of Thresh, Sivir, Teemo, Fiddlesticks, and Yi.
