[CLIENT] - Champion select does not work and I get kicked out and banned/ lose LP etc.

On my Mac, and yes I know that's my first problem... When I join ranked queue's it's recently lagged out and said attempting to reconnect (or nothing at all and eventually tells me I've been disconnected from the PVP server) during champion select. It either stays in champion select until I close the game or tells me I've failed to select a champion and kicks me out. This is an ongoing issue and I can't play, it's happened a few times now and I'm worried I'm losing LP in my division and also at risk of being banned now. Ever since the patch that was supposed to make loading for mac's "easier" I've been getting more and/or different issues with every patch after it (by the way the last patch slowed my loading down by about 75%, I used to be one of the first people to finish loading and now I'm always the last). Ive checked myself and at the Apple store so I know there's nothing wrong with my computer and I have an insanely fast internet service at home.
