Unusually High Ping (Austin Texas)

Hello, recently my ping has seem to be escalating starting from my usual 32 ping, to recently reaching 80 - 90. This is unusual because League is the only game that I seem to have high ping on. I've tried changing my DNS, and flushing my DNS, but that didn't seem to fix it. My friends are also experiencing the same problem as me and we have different internet providers. Any recommendations on what to do? seems to get higher and higher every day.
