Plz fix this

ok so i dont know if this is a bug or some one cheating but when varrus charges his q he teleports and i watched the replay of the game were he did it and nothing showed up so i dont know if it just doesnt show in replays or if it makes you lag when he shoots so it looks like hes teleporting.
