[Gameplay] Kayle- Not healing correctly
On Howling Abyss, Kayle only heals allies for half of the state amount. This occurred all game. She heals herself the normal amount.

I am pretty sure the rules for healing and mana regeneration are different on howling abyss than they are on the rift.
Current Howling Abyss healing rules:
- Heals to allies: reduced by 50%
- Heals to self (including regeneration): full effect
Previously, all heals in Howling Abyss were reduced by 20%, regardless of source.
If you hover over the Howling Abyss buff icon in game, you'll see the "50% Reduced Healing Effects on Allies" description
