i cant oper my free hextech chest ... i'v already restart my my computer and the game . can someone help me please?

If by "free hextech" you mean one that you have gotten from a game, you need a key to open those.

Do a search for the hextech FAQ.

I have this issue too. It won't open for me regardless what I try.
