Why do I constantly not get a post game lobby while after games? It is really frustrating and has been happening for several patches.

This is only on Comcasts network where I seem to also get constantly disconnected from PVP.net

Is this a know thing with no resolution?

That would point to your internet being problematic. I've never utilized Comcast, but I know a lot of people who have and say that it's extremely unreliable, or at least was for them.
