Low Priority Que On New Client Permanent?

I recently got put on the low priority queue for ten minutes for 5 games ON THE OLD CLIENT. I knew that I had done something wrong and so I didn't mind. I played 5 games, switching to the NEW CLIENT in between. My punishment not only remained for all 5 games as it should but has kept going since. It also does not show when my punishment will expire. This is completely unfair and is it a bug?
