[Lag/Packet loss]

Myself and 4 other players experienced heavy packet loss for a few seconds at bot lane outer tower. Our jungler(Volibear), adc(Miss Fortune) and support(Trundle) were bot diving their support(Brand) and adc(Caitlyn) and the moment the MF ult started everything stopped for all 5 of us. I believe make it rain was active as well as the trundle pillar beyond that I'm unsure. May have been unrelated but figured I'd get my experience out there on the off chance a pattern develops. Unsure if the match number will help but the match details are linked above.
