Vel'Koz Arclight Skin; Failure to Equip

Recently purchased the Arclight skin for Vel'Koz, but upon joining matches (a day after first using it), the skin fails to equip when I have it selected in game setup and pre-game lobbies. Not really much that I can do in terms of other information, but just wanted to put this out there, thanks!
