[GAMEPLAY] Champion stuck at fountain, unable to move, skill, purchase, etc

I started a game and in the loading screen I tabbed out. As soon as I heard the music that told me the game started I tabbed back in. Then I was unable to interact in the game. I wasn't even able to move the map. I reconnected twice ( once only reconnect, second with whole launcher restart) both times no possibility to interact.

This is the first time I got in this bug but it pretty much is a lose for me ( was only a normal but leaver buster could still ban me).
