[CLIENT] Can't press accept match button!

When I try to join a match a retrieving information loading box. I waited a long time before I tried to exit out and it wouldn't let me, so I had to exit out through the LoL tab at the bottom of my screen. I tried this a few times and got the same result, and now it says I can't join a match because I've left too many. ):
