[Gameplay] Rek sai Q avoids Fear

In one of my most recent ranked matches, there was a point where rek sai ambushed me (fiddlesticks) from a jungle bush. She cast Q queens wrath to do her 3 basic attacks on me, I countered with an immediate casting of fear (before she got the second of 3 attacks off). Much to my annoyance, not only did fear not interrupt her ability but it didn't even cause rek sai to move away (as if nothing happened despite no banshee's veil).

1. rek sai and fiddlesticks move next to one another
2. rek sai cast Q queens fury on fiddle
3. Fiddle cast fear prior to queens fury's end
4. Weep in frustration T.T

I don't know if this was just a one time glitch or if it is a known issue, but thought I should report it just to be safe.
