Azir ultimate bug

So Azir's ult was "fixed" but it actually doesn't knock back or deal damage now... No matter who it is, it doesn't knock back when they're in front of me, and 90% of the time it doesn't deal damage. inb4 you missed your ults: enemy team agreed it's a bug. (since 9/10 ults didn't deal damage and 10/10 ults didn't knock back anyone)
