First off league really fucked me hard here, I have a constant ping of 55ms and nothing changes like AT ALL.

So league decides to fuck me over in my promo series and bump my ping to 250 for no reason.

I check my background apps. Nothing at all. I check windows update. Off. I restart game. Nothing. I restart computer. Nothing They dont give me a loss prevented.
