Hextech Crafting System Broken?

So ever since this PROJECT: campaign launched for ,, and , every now and then my client just up and disappears from my desktop after I've clicked on my crafting menu. I'm still appearing to my friends and such as online, I just have no client anymore. Upon relaunching it asks me to close my current session to open a new one of which there is none on my screen.

Now I thought this was just me, but then the same thing happened to my friend and he just flipped shit. Has this been happening to anyone else and has it been made aware to the devs?

I don't want to lose my cigar over this like did.
