5.14 Crashing

I and several other players with mac and windows 8.1 have still not been helped with the constant crashing right after logging in. Riot are we being swept under the rug and ignored or whats up? I sent a ticket and got a response 6 days ago but have neither been told you are looking into this specific issue or whether or not my ticket will be answered but it remains open o.O
