Cannot Log In to Client

It's been two days since I've been able to play. I found that after I updated to the newest patch, I could not log in to the client anymore. I can't log in to the legacy or beta client. For the legacy client, it says that it can't connect to the pvp.net and for the beta client it says that an error occurred and then it gets stuck on authenticating. I tried flushing my DNS and changing it, restarting my computer, the hextech repair tool, etc....
