List of Bugs on New LOL Client

I'm struggling with the new LoL launcher because it has number of bugs in it. It's not only me, but my friends have the same. And I don't see a recent post about this, only about the scripting , What is not a glitch but a script (A.K.A. Hacks). I just want to let you know what are known issues on the client. Also, I want to know if more people are experiencing one of these problems.

Problem 1: Randomly trying to reconnect when in champ select or in queue. At First, It look liked a little bug, but it affects players. For instance, When you are in champ select, trying to reconnect in the last seconds of banning or picking a champ. (This happened several times for me) It will give you a queue dodger time (Starting at 5 mins, but grows bigger the more it happens)

Problem 2: After playing a game, You need to restart your game cuz you cant chat in lobby. When you found a match and you can't type, It's hard to communicate with your team. When you play normal games, You won't be able to call your lane.

Problem 3: Timer of friends in game shows over 1400 minutes each match.
