Loud unknown voice says: "Returning to Base"

I was watching my two friends play league of legends in spectator mode and suddenly heard a very feminine robot voice say "Returning to Base" when on of them was recalling. Is this a bug?

Update: it happened again:

This time the voice said: "Withdrawing" when volibear was recalling.
