[GAMEPLAY] Orianna E is not working on Smartcast

Played a number of custom test games in the last hour or so where, when Orianna's E is set to Smartcast, the button does not respond at all. Clicking on the E spell with your mouse will allow you to non-smartcast it, but any time it is set to smartcast, the spell will not cast at all upon pressing the E key.

Tried a number of custom games with her, each time her E would not cast at all when set to smartcast. Tested a number of other champions with my Smartcast keybinds, none had any trouble with any of their QWERs. Only Orianna, and only her E.
