Nasus Q (and maybe all attack-modifiers) since 5.22

If Nasus has his Q on and selects a target, losing sight of that target will cause Q to fall off.

I've been playing a lot of Nasus recently and I haven't seen his Q just disappear when he loses sight of his target. Usually he'll just stop in place.
