Hey Mattacff,

Please download and run the Hextech Repair Tool. When running the HRT, make sure to check the "Force Repatch" box and click Start. This will forcefully repatch your game in case your update was corrupted. Additionally, you may also need to run the "Reinstall" if a repatch does not fix the issue.
