[Gameplay] Quin's shot arrows dont hit if auto attack is cancelled (by move command)

Hi, While playing as Quin, I noticed in game that if I shoot an arrow (while the arrow leaves the crossbow), if I turn before the complete attack animation happens, the arrow doesn't hit the minion or champion as if it were a dud. This made kiting difficult for me a number of times when the enemy minions or champions just slipped from a basic attack away.

Can anyone else confirm this or is it just me on this weird issue?
