April Fools' Day Issues Encountered

So I finished playing a ranked game just now. Issues encountered:

a) queued up and client lagged HARD b) champ select nixed my game THREE times (this is after EVERYONE selected a champ and countdown finished for loading screen) b4 i got a game started c) no Draaaaaaven heads d) REALLY bad lag. It showed 50 fps and 90ms ping for me (I seriously doubt these numbers, even csing was hard af, only saw if i killed any minions every about 5 seconds), my opponent claimed to have 800ms ping (I believe it) e) this is RANKED we talking about. I know it was tested on PBE b4 coming live, so such a problem can't be excused.

Thoughts? Comments? Additional concerns?

Draven heads are for Blind Pick Normals, ARAM, and Twisted Treeline.

im getting 400 ms ping on aram, sound ripping, and 30 fps. my computer and internet are working fine. i even patched client and restarted my computer and my router and still same issues

Edit: i uploaded screenshots of my ping in aram vs my ping in rift and ping in aram is between 200-400 while rift is constant 50.

I was just in a normal draft game, on the east coast... and got 118 ping during champion loading, DC'd, and reconnected 5-10 minutes later only to be greeted by 114-118 ping in game. I usually get 60ms ping. [zombie-brand-facepalm] Based on how much pressure I was giving in lane while lagging, my team could've won, but lost due to basically having 4 players active when it counted.
